Free museum admission is available for:
- internally displaced persons;
- preschool children, orphans, and children from large families;
- children who have lost a parent due to war;
- children of combatants;
- children from social-psychological rehabilitation centers and boarding schools;
- teachers and educator accompanying groups of children/students (1 chaperone per 10 children);
- combat veterans;
- world War II veterans and “children of war”;
- people with childhood disabilities, disabled people of groups I and II, and their accompanying persons (for group I);
- participants in the liquidation of the Chornobyl disaster and people with disabilities caused by it (categories I and II);
- employees of museums and nature reserves;
- members of the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine;
- members of international organizations ICOM (International Council of Museums) and ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and Sites);
Every Tuesday is a free exhibition viewing day for pensioners.
The cost of a self-guided visit includes an audio guide service. To use the audio guide, connect to the guest Wi-Fi network using the password 14072023. After connecting, please scan the QR codes placed at various locations. This will direct you to the IZI Travel platform, where you can access the audio guide.
